Starting March 1st, 2021 you can initiate a registration request for the 2021 - 2022 school year online by following the instructions below.
- To initiate online registration, March 1st 2021, click here.
- Complete the requested information and select Pasadena Park as the school. The system will prompt you how to proceed.
- Once the initial registration is submitted you will be sent an email with additional information
- Below is a list of the forms and documentation that will be needed in order to review and process the application once March 1st. We are providing this information so you have the time to gather the necessary items
- Documentation of Birth
- Current Immunizations
- Proof of Address (Utility bill, lease agreement or mortgage statement)
The Front Office will contact you, in the order received, to schedule a time to bring the items into the office.
