If you are having difficulties with your student's Chromebook, please try these steps to troubleshoot.
1) Hard Restart the computer - Hold the power button for 10 seconds.
2) Press the button to power back up.
3) Check that you are connected to Wifi.
4) Use your student's clever badge to sign into the Chromebook by clicking "next" and holding it up to the camera.
5) You can also sign-in with your student's user login information by clicking on "sign-in with other user".
