There are 3 easy ways to apply!
1) Applications can be filled out through Skyward Family Access (go to the Food Service tab, find the applications link and then click on add application.
2) Visit the WVSD website under the Nutrition Services tab. You can download, print and complete a copy of the form.
3) You can also contact our Front Office and we can provide a form to you as well.
