Chromebook return: We would like to collect Chromebooks loaned to staff and students starting Monday, June 22nd. Please return your Chromebook(s) to one of the facilities below:
- WVSD Technology Department, 7211 E. Nora Ave (Mon – Fri 8:00 am - 3:00 pm)
- West Valley High School, 8301 E. Buckeye (Mon – Thur 11:00 am – 1:00 pm)
- Centennial Middle School, 915 N. Ella (Mon – Thur 11:00 am – 1:00 pm)
- You may also bring your Chromebook to a West Valley sponsored event, such as graduation, and return it to a district representative

Plan for reopening schools in fall: We are excited and hopeful to see students and teachers back in schools this September. We are diligently working on a plan that will be flexible and support education based on guidance from the Department of Health, Spokane Regional Health District, and the Superintendent of Public Instruction. Depending on the health restrictions that may be in place at any given time throughout the year, we may be required to transition between different types of learning that may include face-to-face instruction, remote learning, or a hybrid model. We hope to share information about the finalized plan soon. We appreciate your patience and support as we work together to design a transparent, consistent, and flexible plan that provides equitable access to learning for West Valley students.
