Families of incoming kindergarteners are welcome to pick up registration packets at Millwood Kindergarten Center, 8818 E. Grace, during school office hours (8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) Completed packets can be returned along with a state-issued birth certificate and immunization record to the school anytime March 1 or after. Other elementary schools are unable to accept them. If you live outside West Valley School District, choice forms will be provided when families return the registration packet.
Students must be five years old by August 31, 2019, in order to enroll for kindergarten.
